Sci-Fi Prop Design is a hard-surface modeling study inspired by the concept artwork of Robert Hodri and based on a design by Colin Geller. The project focuses on translating the original two-dimensional concept into a production-quality three-dimensional model while preserving its clean industrial aesthetic and futuristic visual language. Particular attention was given to panel integration, mechanical layering, surface transitions, proportional accuracy, and material definition to create a believable sci-fi prop suitable for games, films, and concept visualization. The final presentation utilizes physically based materials, controlled studio lighting, and realistic rendering to emphasize the object’s engineering-inspired forms and refined manufacturing details.
