Fiat Concept Rim Design Update is an original wheel design created as an evolution of the rim developed for the Fiat “Waterdrop” concept vehicle. The project explores a cleaner, more production-oriented interpretation while preserving the futuristic identity of the original concept. Emphasis was placed on geometric simplicity, aerodynamic surfaces, and a distinctive visual signature that complements the vehicle’s minimalist design language.

Designed entirely in Plasticity, the model focuses on proportion refinement, hub integration, surface continuity, and manufacturable geometry. The updated wheel maintains the smooth disc profile of the original concept while introducing subtle structural improvements that enhance both visual balance and engineering credibility. The final presentation utilizes physically based materials and controlled studio lighting to highlight the wheel’s precise surfacing, refined edges, and contemporary automotive character.
