BMW 666M Rim

BMW 666M Rim Model
Modeled by: Kemal Korkmaz | Modeled in: Autodesk Inventor | Clay Render & Visualization: Autodesk 3ds Max
The BMW 666M Rim is a hard-surface modeling study based on BMW M’s iconic Style 666M forged wheel. Developed in Autodesk Inventor, the project focuses on accurately recreating the wheel’s distinctive split-spoke architecture, aggressive proportions, and performance-oriented character while demonstrating precision CAD modeling techniques.
Particular attention was given to spoke geometry, hub construction, edge transitions, structural balance, and manufacturing accuracy. The clay presentation intentionally removes material and texture information, allowing the wheel’s proportions, surface continuity, and engineering details to become the primary focus. The project highlights professional automotive CAD modeling and product visualization workflows.
The BMW Style 666M wheel design is the intellectual property of BMW M GmbH.
