This video documents the modeling of the front-mounted saw blade assemblies featured on the Chrysler K GF heavy tank from World of Tanks. As one of the vehicle’s most distinctive design elements, the saw blades require careful attention to geometry, symmetry, mounting structures, and mechanical integration within the frontal armor assembly.
Using Autodesk Inventor, the individual blade components, support mechanisms, and attachment points are developed through a precise hard-surface workflow. Particular focus is placed on maintaining clean topology, accurate proportions, and believable engineering relationships between the weapon system and the surrounding vehicle structure.
