A Stock Rim Design for “Prototype for Fiat”

This wheel design study was developed as an original stock-rim concept for a prototype Fiat vehicle. The project explores a minimalist approach to wheel styling, focusing on clean surfaces, restrained detailing, and a strong geometric identity suitable for a production-oriented automotive application.

Particular attention was given to proportion, spoke integration, center hub composition, rim geometry, and overall visual balance. The design investigates how subtle form development can create a recognizable character while maintaining manufacturing feasibility, structural coherence, and everyday usability.

The clay presentation highlights form development, surface continuity, and construction logic without the influence of materials, reflections, or textures. This allows the wheel’s proportions, silhouette, and design intent to remain the primary focus of the study.
