This architectural environment study explores a ceremonial sanctum inspired by the Black Templars chapter from the Warhammer 40K universe. Developed entirely in 3ds Max, the project focuses on gothic architecture, monumental interior spaces, and the imposing visual language associated with Imperial institutions.

Particular attention was given to vertical composition, structural rhythm, vaulted forms, ornamental detailing, and the integration of iconic Black Templars symbolism. The study investigates how architectural scale, repetition, and lighting can be used to communicate authority, devotion, and the militaristic character of the chapter.

The clay presentation highlights form development, spatial composition, and architectural balance without the influence of materials, reflections, or textures. This allows the structure’s silhouette, construction logic, and environmental storytelling to remain the primary focus of the study.
