T-90 Third-Generation Battle Tank

T-90 Third-Generation Battle Tank
Modeled in: Autodesk Inventor | Unwrapped & Rendered in: Autodesk 3ds Max | Source: Original Design
This 3D model explores the engineering and construction of the T-90 third-generation main battle tank through a hard-surface modeling workflow. Developed in Autodesk Inventor and prepared for presentation in 3ds Max, the project focuses on mechanical accuracy, armored vehicle construction, and the distinctive design language of modern military engineering.
Particular attention was given to turret architecture, hull proportions, reactive armor integration, suspension layout, track construction, and the relationship between structural functionality and visual balance. The study investigates how complex armored vehicle systems can be translated into production-ready digital assets while preserving engineering authenticity and mechanical readability.
This clay presentation highlights form development, geometric precision, and surface continuity without the influence of materials, reflections, or textures. It allows the vehicle’s construction logic, engineering details, and overall silhouette to remain the primary focus of the study.
